For Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber members
For members of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce. Your customers now ask AI who to call. It answers with a few names. This page shows how to find out if one of them is yours.
Sending the form also joins the Be Socially Smashing newsletter. You will get an email asking you to confirm.

What changed
On Google, your customer scrolled a page of links and picked one. Now they ask AI and get a short answer with a few names in it. Being well liked is not the same as being named.
This week, a practice in Rogers was checked on 50 questions its patients ask. AI spoke about it more warmly than the two practices ahead of it, 86 out of 100. It was still named in only 18% of answers. The leader was named in 38%.
AI liked them. AI did not pick them.
The free snapshot report
A short report on how AI answers your buyers right now. Four things it shows:
Where your business ranks when buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews.
How often AI names you, compared with your competitors.
The buyer questions where AI does not name you yet.
The sources AI pulls from to build those answers.
It is a snapshot, not the full audit. It shows where you rank today and where the gaps are.
A 30-minute talk for Chamber members
Thirty minutes. Nine points. Each one is something an owner can start on that same week.
AI looks at what everyone else says about you, not only your website. A great website alone can still lose to a competitor.
Ask the questions your buyers ask. Open the sources under each answer. Write down the sites that keep showing up. That list is your plan.
A mention in a small trade publication AI keeps citing beats a big feature in one it never reads. Every mention should give AI four things: a clear claim, proof such as a number or a named result, your business name written in full, and what you do.
Unglamorous, and often doing the heavy lifting. Keep your listings current. Your Chamber listing counts. Enter the awards that matter in your industry. Make reviews easy for happy customers.
Name your business. Make a specific claim. Back it with proof. AI reads YouTube and LinkedIn too.
Answer the questions buyers already ask in forums and groups. Your own answers, never planted posts.
The same description, the same claims and the same proof on your site, your listings, your press, your social and every bio.
Buyers now ask AI full questions with their situation in them. Take the 10 keywords closest to your revenue. Write five questions a buyer would ask for each.
One screenshot proves nothing. Track the same questions across AI platforms over weeks. Being named in the answer matters more than a link under it. Add "AI" to your "how did you hear about us?" question.
Questions
How often AI names your business in its answers, where you appear in the answer when you are named, and your share of the answers compared with your competitors.
Visibility is the share of tracked AI answers that name your business. Share of voice is your share of all the businesses named in those answers. Position is where you appear in the answer, with #1 meaning first. Sentiment is how favorably AI describes you, on a scale of 0 to 100.
From research into what buyers ask AI about your business and your market. The questions are what people are asking. The audit shows what AI says about you in its answers.
A prompt is the question a customer types into an AI tool, such as "Who is the best contractor near me?" We track the prompts your buyers use and see which businesses AI names in its answers.
No. No one can promise what an AI platform will say. We remove the reasons you get skipped, create the answers AI can quote, and show you what moved every month.
Nicole Jolie, the founder of Socially Smashing, runs the audit and walks you through what it found.
