How long is it going to take?
Months, not days, and the three-month term is the shortest honest window. Weeks one and two: your account is live and you can see who gets cited for your questions today. By the end of month one: your first pages are written in your buyers' questions and the assistants are reading them. Months two and three: citations start and your position moves. Ads do not shortcut this.
How much am I going to have to pay?
The community: $1,191 once, for three months. That is $397 a month, paid once, today, and your seat is held. The software is separate, $125 a month on your own account, paid to the platform. VIP: $1,997 a month, three months due at signup, $5,991 total, with the software and the connections included. Both are nonrefundable.
How much work am I going to have to do?
In the community, everything except onboarding and the weekly hour. You run your own prompts, read your own reports, write your own pages, and bring the questions. Plan on a few hours a week. That is the point of a community instead of an agency: the knowledge stays with you. In VIP, you answer my questions and approve the pages. I do the rest.
What do I have to have before I join?
A website you can make changes to, and the time to do the work. For the community, the software started on your own account by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, the day we begin. Everything else is an account that costs nothing, set up along the way.
What happens after the first three months?
You are on your own, and that is the plan. Stay in the community for $197 a month, month to month, for the weekly Q&A and the room. The software stays on your own account, and everything you learned and every page you wrote is yours.
Is the software included?
In the community, no. You start it on your own account with a free 14-day trial. I send you the link when you sign up, and you can start it whenever you want to get used to it. We start Wednesday, September 30, 2026, so you do not need it before then, but by then you will. After the trial it is $125 a month, and it is yours from day one. Use that link, because it is how I place you in the community. In VIP, yes. It runs inside my agency with all three AI models, and I connect Cloudflare or your host, Google Analytics 4, and Bing for you.
